Two generations with an illustrious history...

Mark's Grading was started in 1984 with a single backhoe and the will to succeed. Our owner Mark Kolarsky had a vision 40+ years ago that has blossomed into the full-service turnkey construction brand you see here today. Our original focus was landscaping, but as our client list grew, we started to see an overwhelming need for excavation, grading, and general construction services. Mark decided to build the type of company that rises to the occassion to meet those needs so the company started to rapidly expand.

One door opened another eventually allowing us to start focusing on large-scale subdivision development, custom site development, and other large-scale construction jobs.  Rock excavation, installation of utilities, digging basements & footers, driveways, water ponds & fountains, Excavation & Grading, and so much more are now covered by our growing team of experts. With 50+ employees, 70+ pieces of equipment, and a wide array of services we are proud to meet ALL of our clients' construction needs. Mark's son, Kanon Kolarsky, also joined the Leadership Team 3 years ago making us a family-owned and operated business spanning two generations and counting. This is how the brand you see today was forged!
